Testing a teacher accreditation journey
Finding usability barriers before a new accreditation tool reached teachers.

The challenge
A new accreditation tool needed feedback from teachers across different school types and accreditation stages. Development delays meant the study had to adapt to a Figma prototype.

The approach
I coordinated recruitment and scheduling, prepared the research documentation and facilitated interviews, with additional sessions supported through note-taking. We grouped observations across five key pages using affinity mapping and separated positive feedback, barriers and suggestions.

The outcome
We presented a 48-page findings report with practical recommendations to the project team. The study provided qualitative evidence for refining the prototype.
